Items like this will not have name printed the metal parts. The only thing that should have a name is the maker of the gages. This does not tell you what company put the set together as a set. The metal parts will me made over sea. The hoses will be made some where less. Usual when you but the these outfit they will be in a plan white box or the likes from a part house. Victor is just a name they go under. You can e-mail the seller and EBay to give you prove they are what they are post to be. Or you can go around part house and cutting supplies company and match your set with what they have in stock or can order.

If it does not have the Victor logo on it than it is not Victor.

My Victor tourch has Victor cast into the brass handle. But my set is over 30 years old and says made in USA too.
